Support 3rd Party Recruiter Advertisers

I want to move my existing Job Board to Niceboard, can't move to Niceboard without this feature and would be willing to help pay for development of this feature. A critical amount of our existing business comes from "3rd Party Recruiter Advertisers" that post jobs on behalf of several companies. To support these scenarios, I think Niceboard would need to support a new user type that would be able to see/administer/add/edit.. posts for several companies (access would not need to be shared across the same company - other folks that want to post positions for the same company would need to create a separate company entity and post those positions completely separate). Would appreciate any chance to talk about this interactively.
