Having these 3 options on candidates will be very helpful for employers. (Pre-screen / Shortlist / Reject) At the same time, candidates should be notified about the decision by the employers via email. This will improved job seekers engagement, while making it more time efficient for the HR. HR will be able to screen new candidates, without having to revisit previous profiles for the same role again.
