Option to Make signing up for the Talent Portal from candidates by permission only

I have a blog at www.levelupinnyc.com where I share a weekly newsletter with NYC's best networking, professional development and career events. I want to have a job portal for paid subscribers to my blog. Although I want everyone to be able to apply to jobs on the job board, I only want my paid members to be able to fill out a profile on the talent portal. I would like for this to be one of my paid subscriber benefits. So it would be great if you could make talent portal access permission only or a way for us to send them a code that allows them to be part of the talent portal.
