Option to choose and stick 3 candidates on the top of the talent pool block
Provide the option to select 3 candidates who will remain displayed on the "talent pool" page.
Sometimes, less qualified candidates appear on this list, which doesn't work in our favor when trying to convince recruiters to sign up. It would be better to be able to choose 3 highly qualified profiles to showcase.
