need a way for employers to tag reviewed resumes

maybe be able to download the resumes from talent pool that they has given a certain status

maybe a custom field? something that allows the client to "mark" a review status for the resumes that they have reviewed and given a status...like custom status: interview, select, review 1, review 2, etc.
