Featured Job Listing (combining standard and feature lisitng)

Can we combine a standard job listing with the functions of a featured job listing? For example, I'd like to offer a featured job listing (highlighted and pinned to the top) for the first 7 days and then have the job listing automatically change to a standard job listing for the remaining 23 days. Thanks
