Enable Talent to be searchable by Category, Subcategory and tag

In the same way that job roles are searchable by category, subcategory and tag, so should the talent side of the platform be - if I’m an employer looking to fill a role for which I have specified “business development” as the subcategory of the role, I would want to be able to search the talent pool (OR BETTER YET HAVE A.I. DO IT FOR ME AUTOMATICALLY) for talent that has specified “business development” as the sub-category for which they are seeking roles.
