Better URL slugs
I'd like to add the employer name to the URL slug for each job post (in addition to the existing job title already in the slug). This will help with SEO.

Clarification - need to add the job location to the URL slug. Employer name is already good to go. Job location is critical people searching jobs in their desired city.

I fully agree. Location in the URL is critical. In my case, posting title+location would be the most effective combination.
From a user's perspective, this will result in obnoxiously long URLs. I also think this can be a disadvantage for SEO
