Add "Post Jobs" button on the left navigation
It takes time to new companies to figure out how to post a new job because the "Post a job" button is not available on the left navigation when you are signed in as an Employer. I think it would help to have a button clearly displayed on this section so that companies understand quickly how to post a new job. Several clients have commented on that.
