Ability to sort categories / subcategories by alphabetical / custom
Right now, there is no sorting on the admin console or the public facing website -- simply by the order it is set up for creation, creating a manual process to sort it

There is not really a point in doing this since categories / subcategories are ordered in the filters by the number of associated jobs
